About EUROSPINE

EUROSPINE, the Spine Society of Europe, is a non-profit organisation with a mission to optimise patient care and prevent spinal disorders. We achieve this by providing and supporting best practice lifelong learning, research, and quality assurance. We bring together all spine-related European stakeholders across disciplines, cultures, and countries. Our vision is to be the driving force and the primary and preferred partner in Europe and beyond for all spinal care issues.

About the Role

Are you a strategic and results-oriented individual with a solid project management experience and a passion for building and nurturing vibrant communities? Do you thrive on developing and executing impactful initiatives that drive member engagement and retention? If so, then EUROSPINE's Community & Membership Project Manager role is the perfect opportunity for you!

You will serve as a project and programme management expert, collaborating with these committees to translate their knowledge and insights into actionable initiatives that benefit our members.  Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and foster a collaborative spirit will be essential to the success of our member programmes and initiatives.

  • Define programme objectives, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish a governance structure for the membership programme.
  • Communicate programme status and results to stakeholders, including EUROSPINE leadership and the Membership Council. Manage the day-to-day operations of the programme, including budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and reporting.

Guidance and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other EUROSPINE councils (e.g., Education, Meeting, Research) to integrate member engagement activities into educational programmes, conferences, and other events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Education) and external partners to execute projects effectively.

Community Building

  • Create a welcoming and inclusive community environment for all members, which encourages interaction, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Partner with external organisations focused on spinal care to expand member benefits and resources.

Content and Communication

  • Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to curate and create content (e.g., blog posts, social media content, website content) tailored to the diverse interests and needs of EUROSPINE members.
  • Manage and maintain a dynamic EUROSPINE website focused on member resources and engagement opportunities.
