EUROSPINE, the Spine Society of Europe, is the leading organisation for spine care professionals across all disciplines. Our mission is to promote education, research, quality assurance and career development in spine care. We run the largest medical spine congress in Europe and are expanding our traditional core activities through a growing digital education and mentoring ecosystem.

We are now looking for a Growth & Engagement Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This is a 100% remote role. However, candidates must be based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland (DACH region). The workload is 60-80% with flexible working hours.
Your Role
As Growth & Engagement Marketing Manager, you will strengthen and lead the strategy and delivery of our CRM and email marketing activities. You’ll help us engage our members, amplify our key initiatives, and maximise campaign performance across EUROSPINE’s core value streams: Annual Meeting, EduWeek, our Spine Tango Registry, Research, and Community & Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage existing and future member-centric email campaigns and journeys
- Build automated workflows to drive engagement and retention
- Collaborate with CRM, community, and creative team members
- Analyse performance, test new approaches, and continuously optimize outcomes
- Ensure GDPR compliance and apply best practice in data use
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in CRM/email marketing, lifecycle or engagement marketing
- Hands-on experience with SugarCRM and SugarMarket is a strong advantage
- Experience with similar platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Salesforce, Dynamics) is also welcome
- A data-driven mindset and confidence working with segmentation and automation
- Collaborative team spirit, independence, and a digital-first approach
- You must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland (DACH region)
