Research Course

Overview

EUROSPINE has a wide reach across the spine care community. As such our organisaton plays an important role in supporting research education and developing spine care professionals’ research skills. The first Research Course was introduced in 2008 as a face-to-face course and took place over five days at the University of Bern in Switzerland.

With changing needs of learners, the Research Course has now been redesigned to provide a blended learning experience that accommodates the growing need for online learning and reduces extensive travel. The course now incorporates a self-paced e-learning component, alongside virtual live sessions and a short face-to-face event, to build rapport and develop participants professionals skills within an inclusive research community.  

 

Target Audience

The research course is primarily designed for less experienced researchers and clinicians with an idea for research or an unfinished proposal. Experienced researchers, who want to freshen up their research skills, are also welcome to participate, however, priority is given to novice and less experienced researchers.
