Space is rented in 9m² steps only (min 9m²)

€ 750/m² from 36m²
All prices quoted are excl. local VAT, if applicable.
The exhibition package fee includes:
- Exhibition floor space (space only)
- 2 exhibitor badges per 9 m2 (no access to scientific sessions)
- 1 full congress registration per 9 m2 rented exhibition space (access to scientific sessions)
- Acknowledgements on the EUROSPINE 2025 website, pocket programme & congress app
The exhibition package fee does NOT include:
- Shell scheme, partition walls nor furniture
- Electrical usage

Application for exhibition
Application opens on Wednesday, 11 December 2024 at 14:30 CET. Exhibition applications must be submitted and will only be accepted via the online application.
Submission of an application does not guarantee space availability, nor does it guarantee size or location. By submitting the online exhibition application, companies agree on the terms and conditions, payment conditions and cancellation policy and fees outlined in this prospectus.
Booth allocation
As per EUROSPINE guidelines the assignment for booth allocation remains according to the following criteria: total of booth and sponsorship contribution, booth size, date of application and payment of first deposit. The booth allocation starts in spring 2025.
Preliminary exhibition schedule
The exhibition area of EUROSPINE 2025 will be situated in Hall D and Foyer F of the Bella Center Copenhagen.
- Set-up: Monday, 20 October and Tuesday, 21 October
- Exhibition dates: Wednesday, 22 October to Friday, 24 October
- Dismantling: Friday, 24 October afternoon until midnight
